Return/Exchange Policy

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at and mentioning your Order ID.

  2. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

  3. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.

  4. In case due to certain circumstances you were unable to return the shipment within the time frame (if its more than 7 days), there would be no refund made. Only a credit note for 20 days would be given on the available products.

  5. Exchange/return would not be accepted if the product is under FOLK Label.

  6. Refund would be processed in case of prepaid within 4-7 days after the product is received( only in case of damaged product ** refer point 1 for further clarification).   

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. If the designs/product ,has been finalized and approved by the customers.

  2. If the product is  under "FOLK" label.
