Return/Exchange Policy

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at and mentioning your Order ID.

  2. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

  3. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.

  4. If you do not like the product, you will have to inform us. Please note Recycled Niftians will arrange for the pick-up from your doorstep

  5. In case due to certain circumstances you were unable to return the shipment within the time frame (if its more than 15 days), there would be no refund made. Only a credit note for 20 days would be given on the available products.

  6. Exchange/return would not be accepted if the product was customized
    for you.

  7. If you want to exchange the product you ordered with another
    product, we will initiate a return request. After the product is received we will credit your account with store credits of the same amount which you can use to purchase the other product.

  8. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product

  2. If the designs and the fabric has been finalized and approved by the customers.

  3. If the product is customized for you.
