Before We get into the specifics, we would like to emphasize on the following key aspects of our shipping policy:

  • We want to deliver our products to You as quickly as humanly possible, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

  • Shipping is free for all orders

  • Pay online and get cashbacks on selected methods.

  • Cash on Delivery Charges are free on orders above Rs.500.


All shipments will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days based on your location.

Cash on Delivery

All orders placed with Cash on Delivery Request shall be shipped only after receiving confirmation from your end. Our Support shall call you in the registered mobile number within 24 hours of placing the Order to get your confirmation on the Orders. We shall try contacting You on the registered mobile number and/ or the email id provided to us and in the event, no response is received from your end, we shall cancel the request made from your end. At any time, You may re-order the Products from the Website in accordance with our Terms of Use.


Please note for all Cash on Delivery Orders, a Cash On delivery Charge shall be included in the final amount for orders above Rs.500

The availability of Cash on Delivery option depends on the ability of our shipment partners servicing at your location to accept cash as a payment at the time of delivery.

Please note that the Charges mentioned against the products  include the Shipping Charges but not the Cash On Delivery Charges .The applicable Cash on Delivery charges are visible only when You check out the products included in the Cart.



Generally, the Delivery of your orders shall take place within 4 to 7 days of shipping of the orders. On shipping of your Order, you will get an email and text updates from our end to your registered email address and mobile no. stating the details of the shipments and shipment service in which your Order has been shipped. Some of the shipment services engaged by us offers tracking of orders and you can track the status of your shipment by visiting the websites of such service providers. The details of tracking orders, if available, shall be mentioned in the shipment email send from our end.


     Products under "FOLK"

Some of the products made available on our Website are handcrafted products. We have explicitly stated against such products that they are “Hand Crafted”. Any orders made against such “Hand Crafted” will be shipped by us within 4 to 7 days of placing the Order. You may at any time after the placing the Order contact our Customer Support to know the status of your Orders. All provisions relating to delivery timelines shall be applicable on such products from the date of shipment of such products.


Notwithstanding anything mentioned in aforementioned provisions, we do not guarantee that delivery will happen within any specific timelines as it is completely dependent on the shipment services. Sometimes, delivery may take longer duration due to:

  • Bad weather conditions;

  • Transportation delays;

  • Political disruptions; or

  • Other unforeseen circumstances


In such cases, we will proactively reach out to You. Please check your emails/text for such updates.

To the maximum extent permissible by law, we shall not be liable to You or any other persons for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, consequential damages or loss of profits, revenue or goods will incurred by you due to any delay in the delivery of orders.

Return & Refund Policy

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at and mentioning your Order ID.

  • We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

  • Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.

  • In case due to certain circumstances you were unable to return the shipment within the time frame (if its more than 7 days), there would be no refund made. Only a credit note for 20 days would be given on the available products.

  • Return would not be accepted if the product is under FOLK Label. But you can exchange the product for size issues. 

  • Exchange/return would not be accepted if the product is of SALE or OFFER Items.

  • Refund would be processed in case of prepaid within 4-7 days after the product is received( only in case of damaged product ** refer point 1 for further clarification).   

  • Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following product shall not be eligible for return or replacement,

  • viz:

       If the designs/product ,has been finalized and approved by the customers.

       If the product is  under "FOLK" label.
